1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Australia (Domestic): Standard shipping calculated at checkout — usually 2–6 business days.

  • International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. While we take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or events outside our control. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their country.

  • Wolf of Fitness is not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by customs.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@wolfoffitness.com.au and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

  • If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Wolf of fitness is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
