Wolf of Fitness Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wolf of Fitness. If for any reason you’re not happy, here’s how we can help:
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe once approved.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or product swaps, subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Info@wolfoffitness.com.au with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable unless faulty.
