Wolf of Fitness Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wolf of Fitness. If for any reason you’re not happy, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe once approved.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or product swaps, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Info@wolfoffitness.com.au with your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable unless faulty.
